This is the most popular form of training for my clientele, we train in person at Fitness 100 located in Diamond Bar. These sessions can either be one-on-one, partner training or small group training up to 3 people.
A structured and individualized program to follow without training in-person. Clients will have access to their program and carry out workouts on their own with weekly or bi-weekly check-ins.
Can't commit to coming in-person but have space to workout at home or another gym? Perfect! We can train virtually over Facetime.

I work with ALL types of clients. I have worked with clients ranging from the age of 12 to 85 years old. I have also worked with clients whom have never exercised before and clients who are experienced.
NO! The more active you are the better, but that doesn't mean you need to workout every single day. Many of my clients see great results working out 3x per week.
We will work together as a team to build a program that fits your lifestyle and your individual goal. We will discuss other topics such as nutrition, recovery, and habit changes. I also use an app called TrueCoach with all clients that allows them access daily workouts.
